(Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales, 2017) is the fifth installment of the saga, directed by Joachim Ronning and Espen Sandberg, the same directors of (Bandidas, 2006). But something that perceived was the change of scriptwriter to Jeff Nathanson. The story is based on finding the trident Poseidon, able to control the seas and break any curse. Of course the protagonists of the film have different plans for this magical object.

Captain Jack Sparrow (Johnny Depp) begins the action when he decides to change his compass for a bottle of rum. Releasing Captain Armando Salazar, (Javier Bardem) and his ghost crew of the "Triangle of the Devil”. These sailors want to kill all pirates, especially Sparrow.

In this point of the film many of the fans of the saga noticed of the change of scriptwriter. Previously the first four movies counted with Ted Elliott and Terry Rossio, but this time it was Nathanson, writer of (Catch me if you can, 2002) and (The terminal, 2004).

The screenwriter was not careful to study the story about which he was going to write and this was noticed due to the presence of a big mistake. In the film (Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest, 2006), it was referenced that it was Tia Dalma or Calypso (Naomie Harris) who sold Jack Sparrow the compass "pointing to what you most want". In this fifth installment there is another version, that was the captain of a ship that gave it to him before his death.

This mistake did not go unnoticed, since the compass allowed the release of Captain Salazar, after the barter of Jack.

There are similar scenes, like the rescue of the gallows to a "damsel in distress", Carina Smith, (Kaya Scodelario). And secondly the fight between Captain Sparrow and Henry Turner, (Brenton Thwaites), in relation to the dispute between Sparrow and Will Turner, (Orlando Bloom) in the first delivery (Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl, 2003).

In a movie with a budget of $ 230,000,000 is unforgivable u mistake like that, maybe try to fix it in the next installment, but they will certainly need more than magic and legends.
